AS A BRIDE, CAN I PURCHASE DIRECTLY FROM YOU? We do wholesale only. We do not sell directly to brides. But we're more than happy to help you find a retailer that carries our collection. Please call.
HOW DO I FIND THE AVAILABILITY OF ANY STYLE? Online, every style has an image with a grey header. If it says "Out of stock", that means this style is not available, temporarily. Otherwise, this style is available.
If it says "IV, CH only", that means we don't have White and Diamond White in stock, temporarily. If it says "Coming Soon", that means this style is not yet available.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SEND OUT MY ORDER? Usually 1 to 2 business days. Orders that include customization and special colors may take longer.
WHERE IS MY PACKAGE? Whenever we ship out your order, you will receive an email with your invoice and tracking number.
HOW CAN I FIND OUT THE PRICES? Please contact us.
WHERE CAN I VIEW THE MOST RECENT NEW STYLES? Most of the new styles are located on the bottom of the Veil 3 page (Homepage > Veils > Veil 3). You can also find new veils on Veil Pages 1-4. Check the right side of each style's grey header for the "NEW" label.
WHERE CAN I VIEW THE BESTSELLING VEILS? Every style has an image with a grey header. Check the right side of each header for the "HOT" label.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER? You can call in, email or fax us your order. We will need your name, company name, phone number, email, billing and shipping address, and payment information.
WHAT COLORS DO YOUR VEILS COME IN? Most veils are available in White, Diamond White (natural, silk), Ivory, and Champagne. Select styles may also be ordered in Blush, Moscato, or other colors. You can also send us a swatch and we will see if we can match it.
WHAT LENGTHS DO YOUR VEILS COME IN? DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM LENGTHS? We usually have veils available in the following lengths: (Please check veil pages) 30" Elbow length (Blusher) 36" Fingertip length 42" Miniskirt length 54" Waltz length 72" Floor length 108" Cathedral length 120" Royal length 144" Regal length
We can shorten the length of a veil for a fee.
WHAT IF THE BRIDE NEEDS A SIMPLE BLUSHER? V75 and V76 (Homepage > Veils > Veil 4) We can add the blusher onto the same comb as a double-layer veil for a fee.
WHICH SHIPPING CARRIERS DO YOU USE? We ship via USPS or UPS. We compare both and pick the less expensive option for you, unless you have a preference.
CAN YOU DROP SHIP DIRECTLY TO MY BRIDES? Yes, we can send the veils directly to the brides, and the invoice to the store owner. |
